The short answer is: Absolutely!

We encourage each flight participant to focus on the balloons being shared - the ideas, feedback, and information.  Feel free to pump up all the balloons you support or feel are a top choice, including your own.  There is no limit to the number of balloons you can pump up!  You can learn more about why there is no limit to the number of pumps here.
