Your boss has the exact same views that you do. They can only see the flights to which they’ve been invited. After all, Balloon promotes a true meritocracy and level playing field.

If your boss is an admin for your team on Balloon, they will also have access to User Management, which does not interact with any content on Balloon - flights, balloons, comments, pumps, etc.

So long as you follow your organization’s Code of Conduct, no one is able to see your identity on Balloon - not the admins, Balloon team members, other employees, company IT, etc. - no one.
