Initial Setup (IT/Security/Allow & Deny Lists for Administrators)

As Balloon is a time-dependent platform, email deliverability is the key to enabling contributors to participate in your flight.

Depending on your team’s email client and/or security settings, notification emails may end up in your promotions/updates/junk folder.

If your company has spam email filtering, we recommend having your IT or InfoSec team add the following domains to your company's allow list:

  • getballoon.com

  • balloon.app

  • balloonr.com

  • balloonr.app

  • blln.link
