You can log in with a magic link at https://balloon.app. After you enter your email address, you will be sent an email. This email contains a link that will bypass login and take you directly to your account. No password required!

To log in with your team domain, email, and password go to https://balloon.app and click "login with password". The domain is used to identify which team you are trying to log into and was assigned by the original team administrator at sign up. Once this information is entered correctly, you will be asked to finalize login with your email and password.

If you are not sure of your team domain, use the magic link login option to log into your account and then click the account drop down in the top right corner of the screen. Your domain will appear under your email.

If your company has set up single sign-on with Balloon, you can log in directly at https://balloon.app/saml-login or by going to the regular login page and clicking the "Use Single Sign On" button. You will not be able to login through the email-password form on the standard login page.

Once you enter your email you will be redirected to your company's sign-in page and then redirected back to the Balloon app.
